Zaxcom CN42 3-Pin XLR AES42 Powered Stereo Plug-on Cone

Made for the TRX745 plug-on transmitter, the Zaxcom CN42 is a 3-pin XLR cone that powers an AES42 digital microphone and carries its stereo signal.

It swaps onto the transmitter with two screws, and the TRX745 supplies 10 V AES42 power through it, up to 200 mA. It also fits the earlier TRX742 and TRX743.

About Zaxcom Digital Recording Wireless

Zaxcom brought digital modulation to professional bodypack wireless in 2002. Three years later their TRX900 transmitter introduced ZaxNet remote control and Digital Recording Wireless, which records a timecode-stamped backup inside the transmitter during transmission.
