Klover MiK 16 — Mid-size parabolic microphone, perfect for mid-range applications. Capable of capturing normal conversations from 250+ feet away.

Weighing just three pounds, the MiK 16 parabolic microphone excels in mobility. Its smaller size also makes it ideal for security applications where discreet audio capture is needed. The MiK 16 was initially created for baseball stadiums, where the larger MiK 26 could obstruct the fan’s view.

The handheld models (MiK 16 and MiK 16 Broadcast) are constructed with a new deeper dish that provides a tighter pickup pattern. The new dish provides a pickup pattern very similar to the MiK 09 and the MiK 26.

The stationary models (“MiK 16 Hard Mount”and “MiK 16 Sound Shield”) are still constructed with the original dish. The original dish provides a slightly wider pickup pattern than the MiK 09 and the MiK 26. (Klover can build any model with either dish, upon request.)

MiK 16
The 3rd generation “K” model includes two handles, allowing operators to use both hands to hold the parabolic and be more accurate.

MiK 16 Broadcast
The newest model of MiK 16. Includes a plate for mounting your electronics and a neck strap to reduce operator fatigue.

MiK 16 Hard Mount
Clear acrylic mounting plate instead of handles for nearly invisible stationary mounting options.

MiK 16 Sound Shield
Clear polycarbonate mounting dish instead of handles for increased sound isolation and nearly invisible stationery mounting options.
