Ambient LTC-OUT35/MIC Timecode Cable with Microphone

The Ambient LTC-OUT35/MIC is a timecode cable with a built-in microphone that feeds Lockit timecode and scratch audio into a DSLR’s 3.5 mm input at the same time.

A 5-pin push-pull connector, Lemo-compatible, takes the timecode, and a 3.5 mm TRS right-angle plug goes into the camera. The microphone goes to the left channel for a scratch or transcription track, and the timecode to the right. The timecode and microphone cables are each about 20 cm (8 in) long.

About Ambient Timecode Cables

Ambient makes Lockit timecode generators and the cables that connect them to cameras, recorders, and computers. Their cables use a braided shield instead of a wrapped shield, and polyurethane instead of PVC wherever possible, so the plugs and cable hold up to repeated coiling.
