Ambient HHA Handheld Microphone Adapter

The Ambient HHA lets you fit a handheld microphone capsule from one maker on a wireless handheld transmitter from another.

Each model joins one capsule mount to one transmitter mount and sits between the capsule and the transmitter body. A singer or presenter can keep the capsule they prefer on whatever wireless system the venue or rental kit provides. The adapter is made of anodized aluminum.

Six models cover Shure, Sennheiser, Neumann, Lectrosonics, and Sony mounts, listed in the Available Options table below. The Compatibility tab lists the capsules and handheld transmitters each model fits.

Most pairings that fit mechanically also work electrically. A few do not, because the capsule draws more current than the transmitter supplies: a Neumann KK204 capsule will not run on a Shure UR2, though it runs on a Shure ADX2.
