JK Audio RemoteMix 3.5 Three-Channel Broadcast Field Mixer — A three-channel field mixer and headphone amplifier that doubles as a universal communications interface for remote broadcasts. It combines a phone line hybrid with DTMF keypad, a universal PBX handset interface, wired 2.5mm and 3.5mm cell phone interfaces, and Bluetooth wireless technology in one portable unit, with every section designed to work together to save setup time in the field.

For radio, it works as a phone line hybrid for calling into a studio talk show hybrid, or as a front-end mixer for a POTS, ISDN, IP, or smartphone codec. For TV, three 1/4″ IFB headphone feeds with individual level controls let crews send and receive interview audio and pull IFB from a business phone system, a cell phone, or a notebook. The Bluetooth interface connects in hands-free mode for a two-way telecom-bandwidth call, or in wireless headphone mode for a full-bandwidth, listen-only connection. HD Voice compatibility adds 7 kHz wide-band speech on supported phones and networks.

A soft limiter prevents overdriving the phone line interfaces, while the XLR output stays pre-limiter and full range. 3.5mm send and receive jacks handle show recording or mixing in a playback device, and a handset selector switch covers electret, carbon, and dynamic handsets. Power comes from dual 9V batteries or the included 100-240 VAC supply.
