Sennheiser XSW-D Portable Interview Set
The Sennheiser XSW-D Portable Interview Set turns a wired handheld microphone into a wireless one for camera work, with an XLR plug-on transmitter and an on-camera receiver.
The transmitter plugs onto the XLR connector of a dynamic handheld mic, which is not included. The receiver sits on the camera in the included cold shoe mount and connects to its 3.5 mm input with the coiled cable. Setup takes one touch on each unit. The set works in the 2.4 GHz band, which is license-free worldwide, and reaches up to 75 m (250 ft) in optimal conditions. Each unit charges over USB-C and runs up to 5 hours, and either end can mute the signal.
