Rycote Super-Blimp Kit NTG Windshield and Shock Mount Kit

The Rycote Super-Blimp Kit NTG is a full windshield system made for the RØDE NTG series, small and light enough for long days on a boom pole.

It fits the NTG1, NTG2, NTG3, NTG4, and NTG4+, and other shotguns up to 280 mm long and 19 to 25 mm in diameter, such as the Sennheiser MKE 600 and MKH 416.

A patented Lyre suspension and captive cable cut handling noise. Inside the basket, an RF-shielded shortie XLR from Rycote’s Cyclone range leaves room for longer mics, and an offset adapter holds the mic’s male XLR firmly.

The kit is 410 mm long and weighs 450 g without its handle. Quick-release pods give fast access to the mic. The included Windjammer handles stronger wind, and the pistol grip and boom adapter cover handheld and pole work.
