The Rycote Replacement Lyres and Cable Clip for the Super-Blimp NTG is a genuine replacement component set for the Rycote Super-Blimp NTG windshield system. The kit includes replacement Lyre suspension elements and a cable clip, allowing operators to restore the performance of a worn or damaged Super-Blimp NTG suspension without replacing the entire assembly. Rycote’s patented Lyre elements are manufactured from a specially engineered thermoplastic that provides consistent and reliable vibration isolation across a wide temperature range. When the Lyre elements begin to show wear, replacing them restores the suspension to factory specification, ensuring continued protection against handling noise, vibration, and mechanical interference. The cable clip secures the microphone cable within the blimp body, preventing cable-borne noise from being transmitted to the microphone. This replacement kit extends the service life of the Super-Blimp NTG assembly and is the recommended maintenance solution from Rycote.

This qualification carries with it an additional fee of $75 if said items are transported via aircraft. Additional fees for these items are also assessed if shipping internationally. This is a flat fee and will only apply once for shipments containing a qualifying item.
