Rycote Modular Windshield WS 4 Kit (XLR-5F) for Stereo Microphones

The Rycote WS 4 stereo kit puts a single-shank mic with a 5-pin XLR output inside a full modular windshield. It fits mics 211 to 280 mm long and 19 to 34 mm in diameter, such as the Sennheiser MKH 418, RODE NT4, and Audio-Technica AT835ST.

A medium suspension with two Duo-Lyre 68 webs holds the mic, and inside the windshield the Connbox 4 takes the mic’s 5-pin XLR and carries both channels out.

The 330 mm basket gives up to 30 dB of wind noise attenuation, and the Windjammer raises that to 50 dB. A pistol grip, boom pole adapter, and XLR holder come in the kit. The microphone is not included.
