Rycote Mini Windjammers for Mic Foams
The Rycote Mini Windjammers are synthetic fur covers that fit over Rycote SGM foams and reporter mic foams for high-wind recording, adding 12 dB of wind noise attenuation to the foam.
Choose the Foam Size that matches your foam: the 5, 10, 12, 15, or 18 cm SGM Foam for shotgun mics, or the 30/55, 35/50, or 40/55 Reporter Mic Foam. All SGM sizes fit 19 to 22 mm microphones, and all except 15 cm also fit 24 to 25 mm. The 18 cm size also fits the 18 cm ME66 SGM Foam.
Each Windjammer covers the mic from the front as far back as its foam reaches. Foam and Windjammer combinations are also sold together.
