Rycote CCA Softie Mount
The Rycote CCA is a Camera Clamp Adaptor for the Rycote Softie Mount. It is the adapter only and does not include the Softie Mount or a bracket.
The CCA lets a Softie Mount attach to a camcorder fitted with a 25 to 27 mm microphone clamp, as on many Sony and Canon models, or to a boom pole. It lifts the microphone up and back, keeping it and its windscreen out of shot.
Features
- Camera Clamp Adaptor for the Rycote Softie Mount
- Fits camcorder mic clamps 25 to 27 mm in diameter
- Mounts a Softie Mount on a camera or boom pole
- Keeps the mic and windscreen out of shot
- Adapter only: no bracket or mount
About Rycote Replacement Parts
Rycote has supported sound recordists for over 50 years, and its products are hand-assembled in the UK. Its replacement parts keep Rycote windshields and suspensions in service: Lyre clips, mic clips, O-rings, and mounts made to fit Rycote’s own systems. Rycote Lyres have no elastic parts to sag or rethread, and a worn or lost clip is a quick swap.
