Rycote Pair of Single Lyre 62 (19/25)
The Rycote Single Lyre 62 comes as a pair of replacement Lyre suspension clips in 62 Shore hardness, for 19 to 25 mm microphones on Rycote’s modular suspensions.
Rycote’s patented Lyres isolate the microphone from handling noise and vibration. They replaced Rycote’s original silicone O-ring suspension and are fully backward compatible, so they can be bought separately to upgrade older suspensions.
The mic clip has a soft-grip inner surface that stops the microphone twisting or slipping and keeps the clip from scratching powder-coated microphone bodies. Single Lyres come in three Shore hardnesses, identified by color: 62 (black rigid part, black soft-grip), 72 (black rigid part, gray soft-grip), and 82 (light gray rigid part, black soft-grip). The 62 Shore Lyre suits microphones such as the Sennheiser MKH 8040, 8050, and 8060, Schoeps CMC, and DPA 4017.

About Rycote Replacement Parts
Rycote has supported sound recordists for over 50 years, and its products are hand-assembled in the UK. Its replacement parts keep Rycote windshields and suspensions in service: Lyre clips, mic clips, O-rings, and mounts made to fit Rycote’s own systems. Rycote Lyres have no elastic parts to sag or rethread, so a worn or lost clip is a quick swap.
