Lectrosonics Octopack Multicoupler for SR Receivers (470-691 MHz)

Built for bags and sound carts, the Lectrosonics Octopack holds up to four SR Series compact receivers in one rugged multicoupler, for up to eight channels.

This version covers 470 to 691 MHz. Ultra-quiet RF amplifiers with a high overload threshold feed isolated, matched signal paths. Every receiver performs alike, and no intermodulation forms inside the multicoupler. The wide bandwidth lets receivers on many frequency blocks work together, which simplifies frequency coordination.

Receivers slide into any of the four slots and connect through the Unislot adapter’s 25-pin connector, and an empty slot needs no termination. The front panel takes standard or 5P receivers. Eight balanced TA3M outputs on the side panel carry separate channels in two-channel mode, or paired channels in ratio diversity mode.

The antenna inputs are 50 ohm BNC jacks. A recessed switch puts DC on them for UFM230 amplifiers or an ALP650 powered antenna, and an LED beside it shows the status. Power comes from 8 to 18 VDC through a locking jack, from two SR9VBP battery adapters on the rear panel, or both. The higher voltage wins, so the batteries take over at once if the external supply fails. Each receiver’s power is fused on its own.

The machined aluminum housing has a reinforced rear and bottom panel, and two handles on the front protect the connectors, receiver panels, and antenna jacks.
