K-Tek KEG150 Avalon Carbon Boom Pole
The K-Tek KEG150 Avalon, a five-section carbon boom pole, extends to 12 ft 5 in and weighs 1.32 lb uncabled.
It collapses to 3 ft 2 in (97 cm), and the top is a 3/8-16 male thread. With Avalon knurled collars on K-Tek’s locking mechanism, it sets up quickly and is easy to transport.
The Avalon graphite poles use the same high-density graphite as the Klassic line, balancing strength and low weight. They are less modular than the Klassic line, with a fixed headpiece and a fixed Delrin base.
Cable Options
The KEG150CC adds an internal coiled cable with a male XLR at the bottom, and the KEG150CCR has the coiled cable with a male XLR side exit.
