DPA ADS0208 Active Wideband Antenna Splitter
The DPA ADS0208, an active wideband splitter covering 170 to 1260 MHz, feeds one pair of antennas to eight diversity receivers.
Each of its eight outputs keeps separate A and B paths, and a pair of cascade outputs links a second splitter. The A and B inputs supply +12 VDC bias, up to 300 mA each, to power active antennas or in-line boosters; the A and B buttons on the front panel switch it on. LEDs show the bias state of each input and raise an alarm for a failed RF amplifier, a short circuit, or a missing +12 V supply.
The splitter adds about 5 dB of gain from input to output, with all connections on 50 Ω BNC. It runs from the included power supply through an XLR DC input. The chassis is 483 mm (19 in) wide and 44 mm (1.7 in) high.
