DPA 4266 CORE+ Omni Flex Earset Microphone
Worn over one ear on a lightweight, flexible boom, the DPA 4266 CORE+ omni flex earset holds DPA’s 4066 capsule, for conference, speech, broadcast, and live performance.
It fits any ear size and head shape and mounts securely, so performers barely notice it during active work, and it is hardly visible. Turn the boom and ear hook to wear it on the left or right. The cable detaches from the boom, so a damaged cable or a different wireless connector can be swapped quickly. The boom comes in 110 mm (4.3 in), the standard choice for most users, or 90 mm (3.5 in).
Like the 4066, it gives clean, transparent sound with lots of headroom and natural voice intelligibility, and with CORE+ it handles up to 144 dB SPL peak. The pre-fitted Soft Boost Grid adds 3 dB at 8 to 20 kHz, and the included High Boost Grid adds 10 dB around 12 kHz. A double-vent protection system resists humidity, and the mic is IP58 certified. MicroLock is DPA’s locking connector. A MicroLock adapter connects the mic to most professional wireless transmitters, and MicroLock parts also mate with MicroDot parts (the lock works only when both halves are MicroLock).
