Zaxcom Aria-4 Extension Panel

The Zaxcom Aria-4 is a four-fader extension panel that connects to an Aria-8 mixing panel, taking it to 12 faders, or to 16 with a second Aria-4.

It needs an Aria-8, which controls Zaxcom Nova, Nomad, and Deva 24 mixer-recorders. Like the Aria-8, its solid-state faders have no moving parts to wear out and sit sealed under a Teflon sheet against dirt and dust.

It links to the Aria-8 with a video data cable.

Zaxcom was founded in 1986 and began making equipment for professional audio in 1992. Their Deva, from 1996, was the first 4-channel portable hard disk recorder, and their Nova mixer-recorder, from 2019, records 16 tracks and takes up to eight wireless channels from optional slot receivers. They are based in Pompton Plains, New Jersey.
