Wisycom MAT244 Wideband Diversity Matrix/Combiner
The Wisycom MAT244, a wideband programmable diversity matrix combiner, manages RF across a multi-site production, with every function available remotely over Ethernet.
It routes RF in several configurations, controls antennas remotely, sets attenuation or boost for each area, and monitors RF and interference with a built-in RF meter. You set it up locally or in PC software as a 4:2 diversity combiner, or as an 8:4 or 8:1 non-diversity combiner.
The X1 version sold here covers 150 to 1160 MHz. Each input has a programmable attenuator and an antenna booster supply you switch on independently, with voltage and current monitoring and an alarm. You control the boosters’ gain and bandwidth remotely over a two-way data link on the input coax.
A light window lets you type your own name for each of the 8 areas.
