Sennheiser Profile Wireless 2-Channel Set

Built for freelance creators and videographers, the Sennheiser Profile Wireless 2-channel set pairs two clip-on microphones with a 2.4 GHz receiver and a charging bar that doubles as a handheld interview mic.

The receiver connects to a camera, computer, or phone, and the mics come pre-paired, so setup needs no app or configuration. Each clip-on mic records 32-bit float audio to its own 16 GB of memory, up to 30 hours, and recording starts and stops on the mic or from the receiver. The system runs up to 7 hours on a charge.

Two modes protect a take. Safety Channel Mode outputs a backup channel at a lower level to guard against clipping, and Backup Recording Mode starts internal recording when the wireless signal weakens. Each clip-on mic has a locking 3.5 mm TRS input for an optional Sennheiser lavalier. The receiver has a dedicated headphone output, and its OLED display turns to match how the receiver is mounted.

The charging bar stores and charges the receiver and both mics. A clip-on mic can also connect straight to a phone, computer, or tablet over Bluetooth LE Audio, or over Bluetooth Classic for older Apple and Android devices.
