Sennheiser EW-D ME2 SET Digital Wireless Lavalier Set

The Sennheiser EW-D ME2 SET is a digital wireless lavalier kit for speakers and presenters, with the ME 2 clip-on mic, a metal EW-D SK bodypack, and an EW-D EM rack receiver.

The ME 2 is an omnidirectional mic, so the voice stays even as the speaker turns. The system’s 134 dB input dynamic range means there is no input sensitivity to set. Setup runs through the Smart Assist app over Bluetooth Low Energy, and auto scan finds clear frequencies. The bodypack runs up to 8 hours on two AA batteries, or up to 12 hours on a BA 70 rechargeable pack, sold separately.

Frequency Bands

This page offers three US bands: Q1-6 (470.2 to 526 MHz), R1-6 (520 to 576 MHz), and R4-9 (552 to 607.8 MHz). Each band covers 56 MHz with up to 90 channels. The signal is digital, so channels sit on an even 600 kHz grid.
