Rycote Super-Softie Kit CMIT Windshield and Shock Mount
Made for the Schoeps CMIT 5, the Rycote Super-Softie Kit CMIT pairs a slip-on windshield with a Lyre shock mount and moves quickly between a boom pole and a camera.
The Super-Softie is covered in Rycote’s 3D-Tex, which gives strong wind protection with high acoustic transparency and holds up well in poor weather. It is 8.25 inches long (210 mm) and weighs 90 g.
The Lyre Multimount holds the microphone and isolates it from handling noise, and its shoe adapter fits a camera’s hot or cold shoe. The kit also suits other shotgun microphones 19 to 25 mm in diameter. A cable is not included.
