Rycote Softie Kit NTG
The Rycote Softie Kit NTG pairs a slip-on windshield with a shock mount for RØDE NTG short shotguns, ready to use on a boom pole or a camera.
It fits the NTG1, NTG2, NTG3, NTG4, and NTG4+, and other shotguns 19 to 25 mm in diameter, such as the DPA 4017B, Sennheiser MKE 600, and MKH 416.
The Classic-Softie is open-cell acoustic foam with an integral synthetic fur cover, giving up to 25 dB of wind noise reduction with no loss of high frequencies. The Lyre Multimount uses Rycote’s patented Duo-Lyre suspension to cut handling noise, and its shoe adapter fits a camera’s hot or cold shoe. The whole kit weighs about 160 g.
