Rycote Modular Windshield WS 8J Kit for Sennheiser MKH 8070
Made for the long Sennheiser MKH 8070 shotgun, the Rycote WS 8J is a full modular windshield kit built around a 515 mm basket.
The kit has three parts. The Modular Suspension holds the mic in Lyre webs, isolating it from handling and cable-borne noise. The basket surrounds the mic and its connector and gives up to 30 dB of wind noise attenuation. The Windjammer fur cover raises that to 50 dB.
The kit is 625 mm long overall, and each part is also sold separately. The microphone is not included.
