Remote Audio Hot Box v2 DC Power Distribution Box

The Remote Audio Hot Box v2 takes one 4-pin XLR DC input and splits it to five protected 4-pin XLR outputs for a cart or bag.

Each output has its own 6 A self-resetting breaker, and the box handles 24 A in total. An illuminated master switch turns everything on and off, and reverse-polarity protection at the input keeps the switch dark and the outputs off if the polarity is wrong.

The input and outputs are wired in the standard 4-pin XLR scheme, pin 4 positive and pin 1 negative, and the box runs from 6 to 20 V. All the connectors sit on one side, so the small box mounts easily inside a cart or bag with hook-and-loop strips or another fastener. It is part of Remote Audio’s Meon series of power products.
