Remote Audio Hi-Q Lithium-Ion Smart Batteries

The Remote Audio Hi-Q Lithium-Ion Smart Batteries power location sound gear and come in a full-size 98 Wh version and a half-size 49 Wh version.

Circuitry inside each battery balances the charging and discharging of its cells and talks to its charger and to the gear it powers. The 98 Wh battery has 30 percent more capacity than a lithium NP-1 while being smaller and lighter.

The Hi-Q batteries use the industry-standard smart battery contacts, so they work with gear built for them, such as the Aaton Cantar X3 and Sonosax SX-R4+. Remote Audio’s Hi-Q battery cups connect them to the BDS power distribution system and to recorders.
