The Remote Audio CAXSTE25 splits a 5-pin XLR stereo output into two 3-pin XLR channels over 25 ft of cable.

It is a balanced stereo breakout, with a 5-inch fan where the cable splits. The female 5-pin end also takes a stereo mic, and the two male 3-pin ends feed a pair of mic or line inputs.
