The Remote Audio CAXSTEX5M combines two 3-pin XLR channels into one 5-pin XLR stereo connection over 18 inches of cable.

Remote Audio builds it as a balanced stereo breakout, with a 5-inch fan where the cable splits. The two female 3-pin ends take a pair of mic or line signals, and the male 5-pin end plugs into a 5-pin stereo input such as a camera’s.
