K-Tek KPCK Coiled Cable Kit for Mighty Boom Poles

The K-Tek KPCK adds an internal coiled cable to an uncabled Mighty Boom pole, with one kit for each pole length.

With the headpiece off, the cable feeds through the pole, with no soldering. A low-profile right-angle XLR sits at the top. It is built on a Neutrik connector with a solid strain relief, and you can turn it to a new position by unthreading its housing. At the base, a TA3 in a machined Delrin shell plugs into the KPCCR bottom module. The kit needs the KPCCR module.

Thicker gauge wire and aluminum shielding make the cable stronger and protect it from RF interference. In extreme weather, take the cable out and leave the bottom open, or fit the KPFT Flow-Thru module, so water drains through the pole. The kits are made in the USA.
