URSA Undies – Unisex Shorts

URSA Undies are lightweight unisex shorts with built-in pouches and loops for rigging transmitters under costumes, with several pack positions in one garment.

The soft jersey fabric stretches without compressing, so the Undies fit like ordinary boxer shorts. They are lighter and stretchier than URSA Shorties and sit no higher than the waistband of the pants, where they stay hidden.

A continuous infinity waistband takes a transmitter anywhere along it, including the small of the back for comfort and freedom of movement. Two thigh loops rig to the front, side, or back of the thigh, each with a cable hole. Two inner-leg popper pouches have top access holes, so a transmitter can point up or down.

The Undies suit small to medium packs, such as the Wisycom MTP61, Lectrosonics SMB, and Sound Devices A20 Mini. Designed with input from costume departments, they need no re-rigging to change positions, which helps with quick costume changes.

The garment is symmetrical and can be worn back to front. It comes in Beige or Black, in Small, Medium, and Large; between two sizes, choose the larger.
