URSA PlushTangles

Cut from URSA’s short Plush Fur, URSA PlushTangles are sheets to shape into custom covers that quiet wind noise and clothing rustle on lav mics.

Each pack holds two 30 × 15 cm sheets with a soft 5 mm pile, one Black and one White.

Cut each sheet to the size the rig needs. A small strip between the mic and a scratchy fabric takes the edge off rustle, and a larger patch wrapped around the end of the capsule adds wind protection. The underside takes sticky tape well, so pieces fix in place with URSA Sticky Strips or Premium Sticky Squares.
