Sound Devices XL-B14500 Li-Ion Rechargeable Batteries

The Sound Devices XL-B14500 is a two-pack of 1200 mAh, 4.4 Wh, 3.7 V rechargeable Li-ion cells made for the Astral TX and Astral Mini Plus transmitters.

They give an Astral TX more than 10 hours of runtime with a lav input at 10 mW. Each cell is hot-swappable, so you can replace one without interrupting transmission, and built-in protection guards against excessive current draw.

The Astral PowerStation Cell charges them, as do the transmitters themselves. The XTAR VC8S and iSDT N-Series chargers work too, but not every 3.7 V Li-ion charger supports them.
