The Astral PowerStation Cell charger draws real current when it is loaded with XL-B14500 and XL-B18650 batteries, and a daisy-chained bank of Cells running from the 140W supply draws more. A cable that is not rated for the job is the first thing to fail, and it usually fails quietly by throttling the charge rate rather than dropping out entirely. This one is specified for the full load with headroom left over.
