The Sennheiser e 935, a dynamic cardioid vocal mic, gives a singer clear highs and warm lower mids that cut through a band on stage.

The cardioid pattern rejects sound from the sides and rear, which keeps monitors and other instruments out of the vocal and holds off feedback. A sealed air chamber cuts handling noise, and a hum-compensating coil reduces electrical interference.
