Schoeps ORTF Stereo Outdoor Set

The Schoeps ORTF Outdoor Set puts a matched pair of CCM 4 compact cardioid microphones in one Cinela ALBERT windshield for ORTF stereo recording outdoors.

The ALBERT holds the two capsules 17 cm apart at a 110-degree angle, the spacing and angle ORTF calls for, so the array is set before you leave for the location. One basket protects the whole arrangement from wind, in place of a separate windshield on each microphone.

A KS 10 U two-channel multicore cable carries both signals from the windshield, and an AK SU/2U breakout cable splits them to two outputs at the recorder.
