Rycote The Duck Rain Cover
The Rycote Duck Rain Cover is a corrugated open-cell foam rain cover with a waterproof inner lining, designed for use with Rycote Modular and S-Series windshield systems. The corrugated foam structure disperses rain droplets and prevents them from accumulating on the windshield surface, while the waterproof inner lining prevents moisture from penetrating into the windshield body. The Duck is secured to the windshield with two touch-fastener straps and can be fitted with or without a Windjammer already in place. Compatible with Rycote S-Series S300 and S330 kits and WS 3 / WS 4 Modular Windshields. An indispensable accessory for location shooting in film, television, ENG, EFP, sports coverage, and any outdoor production environment where wet weather is a risk. Provides effective rain noise protection without requiring removal of the existing windshield setup.
