Rycote PCS-Utility Half Coupler Kit Small
The Rycote PCS-Utility, a quick-release socket, comes in this kit with a small half coupler for mounting shock-mounted microphones and windshields on poles and truss tubes 32 to 35 mm in diameter.
Click the included anodized aluminum 3/8″ male tip into the socket for a secure, noise-free connection. Its washer gives a tight hold, and the tip fits any shock mount, suspension, or windshield with a female 3/8″ thread. A twist-and-pull collar releases it with one hand, and the knurled finish grips well with gloves and in low light.
The socket’s body is milled anodized aluminum over stainless steel and glass-filled nylon internals, giving a grease-free, strong locking mechanism. The kit includes the PCS-Utility, the small half coupler, and a 3/8″ male tip with a Hytrel washer.
