Rycote Windshield Kit CMC 1

Sized for the Schoeps CMC 1 U with an MK 4 or MK 41 capsule, the Rycote Windshield Kit CMC 1 protects the mic from wind and handling noise.

The kit is built around the Modular Windshield 9, a short basket with a 70 mm body. It measures 170 mm long with its end caps and 100 mm high. Inside, a Rycote Lyre suspension holds the microphone and isolates it from handling noise, and an XLR holder secures the connector. A Mogami cable with a short XLR plug runs from the microphone to the pistol grip handle.

For stronger wind, the Windjammer 9 fits over the basket, and its 40 mm fur adds further attenuation. A Rycote brush for the fur and the hex key for the suspension are included.
