RODE NT1 Signature Series Studio Condenser Microphone

The RODE NT1 Signature Series is a large-diaphragm studio condenser microphone with an XLR output. Its HF6 1-inch capsule and 4 dBA self-noise suit vocals, piano, and acoustic guitar as well as drums, percussion, and electric guitar.

A tight cardioid pattern rejects background noise, and the mic handles 142 dB of SPL, so it captures very loud sources. The mic runs on P48 phantom power and plugs straight into an audio interface or mixer with the XLR cable in the box. The included SM6 shock mount and pop filter reduce knocks, rumbles, and plosives.

The body is machined from aluminum, with a finish that resists scuffs and scratches. The mic is designed and made in Sydney, Australia.
