The Remote Audio CAT5F2X3M18 splits a two-channel TA5 connection into two balanced XLR3M plugs on an 18 in cable.

Use it to feed a stereo TA5 output into two standard XLR inputs. Blue and red rings on the XLR plugs tell the two channels apart.
