The Remote Audio CASENEK100 takes the 3.5 mm output of a Sennheiser receiver to an XLR input as an unbalanced signal.
A 3.5 mm TRS locking plug that stays put on the receiver runs 18 in to an XLR3M. For the EK500, Remote Audio makes the balanced CASENEK500.
