Remote Audio CA1/82X3MS Stereo Breakout Cable 3.5mm TRS to (2) XLR3M

The Remote Audio CA1/82X3MS takes the stereo signal from a 3.5 mm output into two XLR inputs, one channel on each.

The cable is unbalanced and runs 18 in, with a 6 in pigtail to each XLR3M. A right-angle TRS plug keeps the 3.5 mm end low against the device.

Remote Audio hand assembles it in the USA from Neutrik and Mogami components, with flexible braided sleeving for durability. To go the other way, from two XLR outputs into a 3.5 mm input, Remote Audio makes the CA2X3F1/8S.
