The Porta Brace AR-MixPre6 Audio Recorder Case is a lightweight and durable field carrying solution that is custom-fit to carry and protect the Sound Devices MixPre-6 field recorder setup. The case exterior is made from durable, abrasion-resistant 1000-denier Cordura® nylon. The case body has two lightweight rigid frame panels for maximum protection, which are lined with a layer of foam padding to help absorb shocks. Side openings provide complete access to cable input / outputs and memory card slots. The openings seal tight with Velcro® to provide maximum protection against water, dust and debris. The AR-MIXPRE comes with a clear Vinyl cover that can be easily attached to allow an unobstructed view of the recorder’s screen while protecting the MixPre-6 from rain or splashing.

Comfortable shoulder strap with anti skid shoulder-grip included.

Please be aware that US Federal regulations qualify certain lithium batteries as “Hazardous Materials”. This qualification carries with it an additional fee of $75 if said items are transported via aircraft. Additional fees for these items are also assessed if shipping internationally. This is a flat fee and will only apply once for shipments containing a qualifying item.

If shipping within the US you may avoid this fee by selecting standard ground shipping. Otherwise we will contact you with a final shipping quote upon receiving your order.

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we may not be able to ship some or all of these products outside of North America. At checkout, all shipping prices are calculated from the US. Orders to Canadian addresses may be shipped from our Toronto or Vancouver stores, with shipping costs adjusted (usually lower).
