The Lectrosonics MCSRXLR runs an SR Series receiver’s audio from a TA3F plug to a 3-pin male XLR over 15 in of cable.
It also suits the LR, DCR822, and D4R receivers. It comes in the ZS-LRLMb L-Series kit. The MCSRXLRF is the version with a female XLR.
