Made in the USA, K-Tek’s Mighty Boompole cable has thicker gauge wire and stronger shielding than previous versions.

K-Tek has created a higher quality coiled cable featuring a brand new, low profile right angle connector. The new Mighty Boompole Cable incorporates thicker gauge wiring and aluminum shielding to make it both stronger and ultra-protected from radio frequency (RF) interference. The new Mighty Boompole Right Angle connector is smaller, lighter, serviceable, and made with the popular Neutrik connector as its base. A new solid strain relief makes the Right Angle connector remarkably robust while securely holding the wiring in place. As an added benefit, the connector orientation can be changed by simply unthreading its housing, rotating it to the desired position, and locking it back in place.

The TA3 at the base of the cable is surrounded by a machined Delrin shell which secures the cable to the connector. Simply plug the TA3 into the male end of the KPCCR module. In extreme weather conditions it may be wise to unplug and remove the cable from inside the pole. Keeping the bottom open by removing the bottom module or adding the flow through base (KPFT) will allow water to drain through the pole instead of filling the inside of the tubes. Made in the USA.
