Cinela PIANISSIMO Replacement Fur
Cinela PIANISSIMO replacement fur goes over the primary fabric of a PIANISSIMO windshield when the wind picks up, in short or long pile and three colors.
The primary fabric alone serves in light wind or indoors. The fur adds a thicker layer over it. The thicker and denser the layer, the more wind it stops, at some cost in transparency.
Choosing a Pile
Short pile keeps more of the microphone’s openness for moderate wind, while long pile gives the most wind protection. Each pile comes in black, gray, or two-tone black and gray. A long-pile fur weighs 160 g.
