Cinela ALBERT Spare Parts

Cinela ALBERT spare parts keep an ALBERT ORTF windshield in service, from the fur, fabric covers, and cage halves to the center modules of the three-channel version and the MSTC cable.

The front of the ALBERT’s cage comes off at four push-fit fixings to reach the microphones. The front and back halves of the cage and their fabric covers are sold separately. The fabric covers come in two versions, one for the older black back cage and one for the newer gray back cage, so name the version when ordering. The long-pile fur in black and gray goes over the primary fabric.

Modules and Cables

In the three-channel ALBERT, a center module carries the center microphone between the ORTF pair. It mounts on the internal bracket with its own knob, and its cable ends in a detachable Binder plug. Cinela makes it for a Schoeps CCM or a Sennheiser MKH 8000.

The ALBERT’s pair sits in MINIX suspension modules on rails, and the AL-MOD-w/o-MZL is that module without the Sennheiser MZL cable. The AL-MSTC-CABLE is the ALBERT’s 5-pin XLR cable for a Schoeps MSTC.
