Bubblebee Industries The Microphone Foam for Lavalier Mics

The Bubblebee Industries Microphone Foam for Lavalier Mics is a small precision-cut foam windscreen that cuts plosives and light wind noise on lavalier and headset microphones.

The open-cell foam is acoustically transparent, so voices keep their natural sound, and it sits on the capsule with a low profile that is easy to hide. It suits light wind and indoor work such as interviews, conferences, and stage shows. For real outdoor wind, put a Windbubble on the bare capsule instead.

Five sizes fit capsules from 2.5 to 10.5 mm across, and the Sizing tab lists the lavaliers and headsets each size fits. The foams come in black, white, or beige to match clothing and skin. A pack holds ten in sizes XS, S, and M, five in size L, and four in size XL, so there are always spares in the kit. Wash them by hand with mild soap, let them air dry, and replace them as they wear.
