The Paleblue Voyager 9V USB-C Rechargeable Batteries are lithium-ion 9V batteries that charge from a USB-C cable instead of a dedicated charger and deliver a full 9 V output.
Each battery stores 560 mAh (5.04 Wh) and is rated for more than 1,000 recharges. The included 2-to-1 USB-C cable charges both batteries from one USB-C power source, and a full charge takes 205 minutes.
Alkaline-Style Discharge
Voyager batteries follow a discharge curve modeled on alkaline batteries. Voltage eases down from 9 V as the charge is used and drops sharply only at the very end, so devices with a low-battery warning still signal before they shut off.
Older rechargeable 9V batteries with a lower output voltage can leave some devices running poorly.
Protection and Status
Each battery guards against overcurrent, short circuits, overheating, over-discharge, and overcharging, and it stops charging when it is too cold. A sealed steel casing with pressure relief contains the cell if it fails. An LED ring flashes green while charging and turns solid green when full, and eight slow red flashes warn that less than 3% of the charge remains. Paleblue covers Voyager batteries with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
