Saramonic K9 Dual-Channel Digital UHF Wireless Microphone System
Saramonic K9 Dual-Channel Digital UHF Wireless Microphone System — A two-channel digital UHF system for production sound, with two bodypack transmitters, a camera-mount receiver, and two 3 mm IP67 lavalier microphones. The system tunes across 550 to 960 MHz, the Saramonic System app assigns the legal band for its location, and the receiver scans for clean frequencies and sends them to the transmitters. Digital transmission carries a 130 dB input dynamic range at the transmitter and a 120 dB analog output dynamic range at the receiver, with 6.3 ms latency.
Each transmitter records 24-bit or 32-bit float WAV files to microSD (up to 256 GB, with two 32 GB cards included) and carries SMPTE LTC timecode, synced wirelessly from a Saramonic TC-NEO or the app, or by cable from a third-party timecode box. K9 systems sold and operated in the US cannot transmit wirelessly and record onboard at the same time. The receiver’s two locking 3.5 mm outputs and USB-C digital output connect to cameras, mixers, recorders, phones, and computers, and output B can run as a monitor feed for IFB. Transmitters and receiver run on two AA batteries or USB-C power, and one phone controls up to 48 devices through the app.
