Shure ADTQ Axient Digital PSM Quad Wireless Transmitter
With four radios in one rack space, the Shure ADTQ, an Axient Digital PSM quad transmitter, carries digital stereo monitor mixes to ADXR bodypack receivers for the largest in-ear systems.
Each radio runs in one of five transmission modes. Multichannel Wideband carries up to four stereo channels per radio, Narrowband gives more RF power and range, and SC Narrowband adds resistance to dropouts at narrowband range. Analog FM gives ultra-low latency, and Axient Digital Standard sends audio to any Axient Digital microphone receiver. Spatial diversity transmission guards against multipath, and every signal is encrypted.
Inputs take analog or AES3 on eight XLR and 1/4 in combo connectors, or Dante and AES67 over four Ethernet ports. ShowLink gives the monitor engineer live control of every ADXR setting, and Wireless Workbench monitors the system over the network. A 6.6 in color display, a Channel Quality meter, and a 3.5 mm headphone output sit on the front. Four coaxial antenna outputs connect antennas directly, and optional internal antenna combining cuts down on external combiners. Channel licenses add more channels.
The AD8C and AD221 combiners expand an Axient Digital PSM system. The DC Module version adds a DC input for redundant power.
